DR. CARLOS DIAZ M.D.
We now offer the convenience of on-site medical exams for our pilot's FAA Medical Certificates. Dr. Carlos Diaz, who has been a physician in the Pensacola area for numerous years, has agreed to provide this service. Dr. Diaz, a Board Certified Internal Medicine specialist, was a United States Navy Flight Surgeon, and for many years was Medical Director of Life Flight Air Ambulance. Following his tenure with the United States Navy, Dr. Diaz practiced Emergency Medicine at West Florida Hospital.
